Children / Family - Dance - Free Event - Workshops
The London Children's Ballet is delighted to be able to offer two Creative Workshops free of charge as part of WAF.
The workshops are designed to enhance children's enjoyment of 'Anne of Green Gables' which will be on-stage at RAD Studio Theatre on Sunday 26th June. (Attendance at the show is not a requirement to attend the workshops.)
The workshops will be led by an experienced LCB professional and are designed to introduce children between the ages of 8 and 12 to the story and the creative processes involved in bringing 'Anne of Green Gables' to the stage. There will be opportunities to dance, try on costumes, and talk about all elements of the show.
LCB’s annual West End productions are an ideal way to introduce younger audiences to ballet and classical music. Performed by an all-child cast, the star-quality of the dancers aged 9–16 and brilliantly-told stories make LCB ballets a sell-out success year after year, popular with children and adults alike. The productions are set to stunning, original classical scores, and feature beautiful costumes and sets.
