The Great Pebble Dash is an outdoor game for all ages and abilities.
Follow visual clues posted on Facebook and Instagram to match the shapes, textures and patterns in the landscape to find tiny, ‘pebbleface’ artworks by Raysto, hidden in plain sight.
The Dash takes place on a circular route around the park, about a mile and will take approximately two hours.
Clues will be posted at 8am on the morning of events. They give a close up of a hidden pebbleface, a general location and a number, so you can work out where you are on the route. You’ll explore, problem solve and look very carefully at your surroundings.
When you find a pebbleface, take an image or selfie (without moving, touching or giving away the location) and move on to the next one. Post them all online and tag #TheGreatPebbleDash and our accounts, when you’ve finished.
The Great Pebble Dash is FREE. You can start and finish whenever you like. Dress for the weather, have fun and remember to be Covid-safe. We’ll see you on Facebook and Instagram.
“We loved discovering your magical art treasures! A great way of getting our teen / pre-teen out in nature, exploring the park and problem solving."
