10 Positions Meditation from japanese Tenshintaido

6+12+15+18+
This is the end of my last Tenshintaido class I taught in Japan, in June 2019, with a short seating meditation.

Meditation is more and more popular, especially in this period, as it allows us to reconnect with our body and soul, and with the Earth.

Tenshintaido, a group of body practices created by Master Hiroyuki Aoki includes also meditation.

We will start by japanese soft stretching and relaxing movements, and then we will practice two kinds of standing meditation (you can practice it seating on a chair too).

The first one is very simple. It is a two minutes exercise to become an empty vessel to connect Heaven and Earth.

The Second one is a 10 positions meditation.

Beatrice Boivineau lived in Japan for 11 years, where she became Tenshintaido and Kenbu Tenshinryu 3 dan instructor. She is also a member of Master Aoki Calligraphy school in Japan and a Shiatsu massage healer. She moved in London in 2019 and she is the founder of Tenshintaido Kooki (beaboivineau.com).

-> You are very welcome to join and make new friends in her weekly online Zoom classes (free, donations welcome). Small outside group sessions (5 students) in Wandsworth area are restarting too.
