Art & Soul is a charity improving mental health and emotional wellbeing through the arts. For more than 20 years, they have provided creative workshops, exhibitions and events that actively help to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people of all ages. They exist to nurture creativity and expression, believing in the arts for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
