COVID-19

Keeping you safe

We are re-opening and looking forward to welcoming you back!

Wandsworth Arts Fringe is following National Guidelines on Covid-19 to ensure your visit to the Fringe will be a safe one.

Making your visit as safe as possible

The following safety measures enable us to get live events back into the venues and outdoor spaces and we really appreciate your co-operation in making it possible for us to present Wandsworth Arts Fringe by following these guidelines and keeping each other, our staff and the performers safe.

When at the event the following procedures are in place:

● We’ve reduced our venue capacities to make it possible for everyone to keep space and enjoy the events safely.

● Indoor events will have a socially distanced seating layout to allow for social distancing within the venue

● To avoid contact, where possible we will scan your electronic tickets from paper or from your mobile device.

●We have considered cleaning at all our activities during Wandsworth Arts Fringe with focus on touch points.

●There are hand sanitising stations at venues and outdoor event spaces.

●We will stagger exits from events to avoid crowding please maintain space as you exit an event.

● There are signs in place to remind everyone to give space, wash hands, and wear a mask.

● Ticket bookers will be sent full instructions by email prior to arriving at an event.

To make sure everyone is safe please adhere to the following:

● Please arrive to the event at the allotted time so that we can minimise queuing times. Markers will help you maintain social distancing whilst queuing.

● Please remain 2m away from people outside of your household or bubble as much as possible, and where this is not possible, at a minimum of 1m.

● When attending an event in a venue masks are compulsory.

● When attending an outdoor event please bring your mask. We are encouraging our visitors to wear a face-covering at our ticketed activities outdoors as a further reassurance to others, particularly when there are queues or other busier sections to pass through.

● When you are visiting please sanitise your hands on arrival and then regularly. Hand sanitiser is available at the events.

Track and Trace Information:

● Each member of the party over the age of 16 must now ‘check in’ using the Track and Trace QR code or by providing contact details to staff on arrival. To help save time and aid social distancing please download the NHS Track and Trace venue check in app for yourself and also encourage the rest of your party to do so before arrival.

● The code is visible as you arrive to the venue. Using the QR code will speed up the processing of the queue and make the event safer for you and the staff assisting you so thank you in advance for doing this.

● At most of our Festival activity we must have Test and Trace details by law, so if you are unhappy to provide these details, unfortunately you won’t be able to join us for the event at this time. Your details will be treated in confidence and only passed to a Test and Trace Representative where this is requested and not shared with anyone else.

See privacy policy on our website.

When Not to Visit

Please do not visit us if you or a member of the family have tested positive for Covid-19, have symptoms or have been asked to isolate following a Test and Trace call.

We can’t do this without you, so thank you for trusting us and for joining us in celebrating live arts again.

The main symptoms of COVID-19 are:

  • A new continuous cough
