Lightbox Theatre

A group of people find themselves in an unfamiliar place without their guide. As the hours begin to pass and hope starts to fade, all they can do is wait his return…

Inspired by Maurice Maeterlinck’s atmospheric 1890 play The Sightless, and weaving together verbatim accounts discovered through workshops with local residents, this is a scratch performance of Lightbox's upcoming show about human vulnerability, displacement and the universal hopes and fears we hold today.
