'Une Petite Hiroba' is a multilingual theatre show, capturing the joy, anger, sadness and love of life in more than 10 languages and cultures.
Set in a little village with a little village square, every villager looks, sounds, and acts differently. But recently villagers are uniting, gathering in the square to put decorations, music and colours in the Petite Hiroba for a very special event: The upcoming birth of a new life.
Devised by the Multicultural Applied Theatre Society from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, 'Une Petite Hiroba' embarks on the Wandsworth Arts Fringe with an immersive experience that invites you to literally ride the waves* of emotions.
It’s a celebration of cultural diversity through the joy of theatre making in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Ukrainian, Greek, Hungarian, Spanish, Japanese, Norwegian, Italian and Maltese.
*Performing on the lower deck of the Battersea Barge, you can expect some turbulence during high tides.
