Dance - Free Event - Workshops

Part of the WAF Dance Weekender: Groove on The Green at York Gardens.

Join Magpie Dance for a free fully inclusive dance workshop suitable for all ages and abilities.

Accompanied by live drumming, Magpie Dance Ambassadors (dancers with learning disabilities) will take you through a warm-up, then our facilitators will invite you to share your ideas to create a group dance sequence.

Watch Magpie Ambassadors demonstrate a short excerpt from their dance film 'From Me' before they teach you some of their own choreography. No previous dance experience needed.
