Q How do I purchase tickets?

A On this website, go to the What's On page, unless stated otherwise. Some venues/artists have their own ticketing systems. Payments can be made by debit/credit card & PayPal.

Q Can I collect my Festival tickets in person?

A Tickets are available to buy online through supported by ticketscript, these will be emailed to you. For some events, tickets can be bought on the door, this will be stated on the website.

Q Can I refund my tickets?

A Refund of a ticket will only be available, in the eventuality that a show has been cancelled or the timings amended by the event organiser or the festival.

Q Will I be charged a booking fee?

A A booking fee is charged per ticket.

Q What do we do if the tickets have not arrived via email?

A Our ticket supplier, unless stated otherwise is ticketscript. If the events have been booked with them, please contact directly with any ticket enquiries. In all other cases, please contact the venue where the event is being held.
