Q How do I purchase tickets?

A On this website, go to the What's On page, unless stated otherwise. Some venues/artists have their own ticketing systems. Payments can be made by debit/credit card & PayPal.

Q Can I collect my Festival tickets in person?

A Tickets are available to buy online through wandsworthfringe.com supported by ticketscript, these will be emailed to you. For some events, tickets can be bought on the door, this will be stated on the website.

Q Can I refund my tickets?

A Refund of a ticket will only be available, in the eventuality that a show has been cancelled or the timings amended by the event organiser or the festival.

Q Will I be charged a booking fee?

A A booking fee is charged per ticket.

Q What do we do if the tickets have not arrived via email?

A Our ticket supplier, unless stated otherwise is ticketscript. If the events have been booked with them, please contact support@ticketscript.com directly with any ticket enquiries. In all other cases, please contact the venue where the event is being held.

Q How do I get to the events?

A Each venue is listed on the website, with full address and postcode. Visit tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey to plan your journey.

Q How can I contact the Festival Producer?

Q How can I get involved?

A To be part of the 2018 Festival please visit the Get Involved section. If you are interested in volunteering, either during the Festival or at other times of the year, please email lgreci@enablelc.org
